The Bluewater bay Lifestyle Centre is a family run business, run by Fabian Smith and the behind the scenes guys Ivor and Mel Smith.

Ideally located for the corporate market working in Markman,Perseverance,Deal Party,Coega and Uitenhage but anyone from either side of our beautiful city is more than welcome to become part of our family.

The Gym is within easy distance for a morning,lunch,or after-hours workout.

Classes catering for all ages and sectors.It is also equipped for more serious athletes a fact Bourne out by the number of members who compete in events such as the Ironman,The Argus,The Hansa Fish Canoe Marathon,Two Oceans and Duzi Canoe Marathon.

The Gym also have two fantastic Person Trainers ,Brian Kitching and Matthew fairbrother who are both very knowledgeable and who can enlighten members on the use of supplements and what is best suited to there personal needs and how to reach there goals in a safe and natural way.
